I grew up on the North Shore of Long Island, shaped early on by a deep curiosity about storytelling, human communication, and the art of listening. That curiosity pulled me toward the creative energy of New York City, and at nineteen I began a career in film and television. For more than a decade I worked in the entertainment industry, learning the craft of narrative, production, and collaboration.
Eventually I transitioned into education, teaching digital arts and broadcasting. In the classroom I found a new calling: helping students discover their voices and the power of sharing their own stories.
about
Several years ago I experienced a profound spontaneous shift in consciousness that transformed my understanding of life. In that moment I encountered an overwhelming sense of universal love, felt the deep interconnectedness of all things, and realized that peace and stillness are our natural state of being. Since then, I have devoted myself to integrating that wisdom through a path of presence, awareness, healing, and purpose.
I am a certified End-of-Life Doula and a student in the Somatic Experiencing® Professional Training Program through Somatic Experiencing International. My work is rooted in creating safe, compassionate spaces where you can reconnect with yourself through nervous system awareness, mindful presence, and embodied curiosity. Whether I’m supporting someone through grief, trauma, major life transitions, or the dying process, I meet each person with deep respect, openness, and without judgment.
I believe healing begins by honoring the present moment. By cultivating stillness and gently opening to the body's innate wisdom, I help others discover greater resilience, self-understanding, and inner peace. It is an honor to walk alongside people on their journeys of healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
